Yoshi Jones
Executive Director & CEO, Yoshi Jones is a native to California and has been a resident of Brunswick, GA for several years. As CEO of House of Hope, Yoshi Jones works diligently in program development, expansion, and holistic recovery establishment. She partners with the therapeutic, educational, and life skills staff to meet organizational goals and individual participant goals. As an experienced professional with over 20+ years in this industry and her own personal experience as an ex-group home kid, her greatest desire is to give back and to change one life at a time, Lord willing.
Yoshi shares her story of being sold for drugs at 6 weeks old and the downhill spiral that occurred as a result. She is relatable to the population that House of Hope serves on a personal level as well as an experiential level. She is a devoted wife, a mother of 6 beautiful children, a grandmother of 7, and has mothered generations of children over the years. She loves what she does and doesn't consider this work, but rather ministry and has been on staff with House of Hope for 3 years.

Shugella Weaver-Thomas
Serving since January 2022.
Bringing excellent interpersonal and managerial skills to HOH with over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience with non-profit organizations, specifically in therapeutic residential treatment experience working with abused, neglected, abandoned dependents and juvenile court appointed minors and youth adults. Her professional experience includes but is not limited to: short-term residential treatment programs, transitional and independent living programs, group home/residential programs, supervision of clinical personnel, program directors, managers, and direct care staff.

Anna Cabeca, DO
Dr. Anna Cabeca is a Triple Board Certified OB/GYN and Anti-Aging Medicine expert in Brunswick, Georgia. She received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. She is a best-selling author of the book titled, “The Hormone Fix.” Dr. Cabeca’s company, Cabeca Health, currently partners with House of Hope to provide training and employment to HOH residents.

Kamau Dickerson Sr.
Pastor Kamau Dickerson, Sr. serves as the pastor to the residents at House of Hope. As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Kamau has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at Unity of the Bridegroom. He and his wife have one child. Pastor Kamau has ministered for over 20 years and heads Ministry of Believers International. Pastor Kamau is passionate about ministry work and has a heart for the poor to become financially fit.
